Porn director: I've made filthy flicks on Swiss trains

Ryan always films in the early morning to avoid the crowds, newspaper Le Matin reports. The 60-minute trip from his hometown Winterthur to Zurich airport and back on the RER trains makes it perfect for his short films.

“I made my last film three months ago, but I have done about ten,” Ryan told the newspaper. “I find this context very exciting. And I will continue, just paying attention not to get caught.” 

The porn actor was once caught by two conductors when he first started making his rolling porn movies. Ryan was arrested but released soon after.

“It was quite humiliating, but once I was at the police station, I made the police laugh and I managed to get away with just a fine,” he said.

After his arrest, Ryan became more careful. Rail operator SBB, though not happy with his on-board activities, has never managed to catch him in the act again. Speaking to newspaper 20 Minuten in 2009, Ryan said he didn't really understand the fuss.

"At the end of the day I'm doing advertising for public transport."

Ryan’s porn movies have the look of homemade videos. He stars in the films with women, but sometimes has to hold the camera himself. Other times, he places the camera on a seat or table at the opposite side of the corridor.

“Videos shot on trains are downloaded three times more than conventional ones,” he said, adding that they are mainly watched in Switzerland, though also in Germany, Great Britain and the United States.
