This course provides a
solid foundation in essential meditation and mindfulness
techniques and enables students to develop their own daily practice with the support of a teacher. The practices follow the format of a meditation and mindfulness training course
developed by Julian Daizan Skinner, a London-based Zen
master trained in Japan, which is now taught in many places in the UK and abroad (www.zenways.org).
Course dates and times: The course is taught over 8
weekly sessions of 1.5 hours duration, which will take place on Mondays 7pm to 8.30 pm (starting September 11th and ending November 6th 2017.) In addition, students are asked to commit to a daily home practice of 30 minutes for the duration of the course.
Venue: Bern (town centre). Detailed information will be
available upon registration.
Price: 120 – 360 CHF for 8 sessions (depending on income).
