Geneva: aid conference for DR Congo sets sights on $1.7 bn
Donors were meeting in Geneva Friday to help rake in the nearly $1.7 billion the UN estimates is needed this year alone to address a towering humanitarian crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
